Cancellation and Return Terms

Flowers and perishable products are prepared to order, so their return conditions are subject to special rules.

Order Cancellation

• Orders that have not yet entered preparation can be cancelled a reasonable time before the delivery slot.
• Cancellation may not be possible for orders that are in preparation or already out for delivery.

Returns and Exchange

If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect, it will be replaced with a new one upon contacting us together with a photo taken at the time of delivery. We are here to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
